Degree project: Theatre Care

Instruction is in the form of literature study, supervision, and seminars. Supervision is provided individually, in pairs, or in groups, and may be web-based or offered in connection with on-campus meetings. Supervision is always provided individually in the final phase.

The degree project is a research study on healthcare, specifically theatre care nursing, and is carried out as a systematic literature study or as an empirical study. Students draw up a project plan on the basis of their chosen research area and information searches in databases. The project plan includes a description of a chosen research method and ethical considerations. The degree project is carried out as a written work structured on the basis of the research process.

Progressive specialisation: A1E (contains degree project for Master of Arts/Master of Science (60 credits))

Admission requirements

Admission to a Specialist Nursing Programme, or a Specialist Nursing Degree of 60 ECTS credits, including a degree project of at least 15 ECTS credits, corresponding to a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, and Research Methods (7.5 ECTS credits) at Master level.The corresponding evaluation can be made. This course can be given as an assignment education, the eligibility requirement for an assignment education is "Eligible is the one appointed by their employer to attend the education".

Selection:

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
