Forms of instruction
The course is conducted as a web-based distance course with an on-campus examination seminar. The implementation involves independent work under supervision and discussion online. The teaching methods include lectures, seminars on research proposals, and individual or group supervision. The teaching is normally conducted in Swedish, but teaching in English may occur.

Admission requirements

A Higher Education Diploma in Dental Hygiene (180 ECTS credits) including a degree project of at least 15 ECTS credits, equivalent to a Bachelor degree in the main field of study Oral Health Science, at least 7.5 ECTS credits of scientific research methodology at the second-cycle level, and upper secondary level Swedish 3 and English 6, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
