Introduction to the problem area, sustainable development and environmental justice in global and local practice
Treatment and discussion of theories of sustainable development and environmental justice.
Active student participation in seminars, reflection and argumentation and critical study of central theoretical texts.

Progressive specialisation: A1N (has only first‐cycle course/s as entry requirements)

Education level: Master's level

Admission requirements: Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or Risk and Environmental Studies, or equivalent. Upper secondary school level Swedish 3 or B, or Swedish as a Second Language 3 or B, and English 6 or B, or equivalent.
