Module 1: Additional instrument. 3 ECTS cr
Content: Cadence and four-part harmony play on the piano
Module 2: Music theory, 12 ECTS cr
Content: Practical and theoretical components of various musical styles. Elements of music theory, composition, and ear training are combined. Students perform instrumentation and arrangements for big band or symphony orchestra, depending on the genre area of their main instrument. Practical ear training in class and different perspectives of music history are also included.
