7.5 ECTS creditsThe course comprises two modules.
Module 1
- performing music on the main instrument through individual instrumental lessons
- instrumental or vocal skills training, musical interpretation, and musical communication
- organisation, execution, and evaluation of a small artistic project
Module 2
- instrumental methodology seminars with selected themes.
- advanced methodological aspects based on the chosen approach for the main instrument
- supervised teaching practice on the main instrument within compulsory or elective school activities
- reflections on the completed teaching practice

Completed Music and Music Teaching 7, 7.5 ECTS credits, Teachers' professional leadership 1 - music teachers, 7.5 ECTS credits, plus Instrument and Ensemble 5, 15 ECTS credits, or Classroom Music Teaching 5, 15 ECTS credits, or Music Theory and Composition 5, 15 ECTS credits, or Music and Sound Production 5, 15 ECTS credits, and registered for Music and Music Teaching 8, 7.5 ECTS credits, Teachers' professional leadership 2 - music teachers, 7.5 ECTS credits, plus Instrument and Ensemble 6, 7.5 ECTS credits, or Classroom Music Teaching 6, 7.5 ECTS credits, or Music Theory and Composition 6, 7.5 ECTS credits, or Music and Sound Production 6, 7.5 ECTS credits, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
