7.5 ECTS creditsThe course comprises the following two modules:
Module 1 Music pedagogy, 4 ECTS cr
Content:
- seminars with presentations and discussions of texts from current general and music-specific pedagogical journals, research and debate
- work on the student's own teaching philosophy.
The component ensemble methodology involves ensemble leading based on different genre specific approaches and ensemble sizes.
Module 2 Music and sound production, 3.5 ECTS cr
Content:
- practical and theoretical introduction to collaborative projects with music and sound production and art and media forms.
The module also includes the methodology of teaching music and sound production including practice teaching.
