Art History and Visual Studies II: Independent project

Students complete a minor independent essay in art history and visual studies on a delimited topic, based on relevant problem formulation, theories and methods. Students develop skills in seeking, using, analysing and interpreting sources and secondary literature, and an understanding of what characterises an aim, a question, demarcation, outline, referencing, academic written presentation and thoroughness in art history and visual studies. All essays are presented and discussed in seminar.

Selection:

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
