The conditions of cultural production

The course deals with the conditions and character of cultural production and cultural enterprises against the background of discussions on the development of cultural politics, models of cultural politics and the cultural system. Cultural planning is studied as a concept and method for strategic use of cultural resources and the development of cities and regions. Cultural activities with a focus on the conditions for cultural production are analysed and cultural production discussed.
