2.5 ECTS creditsThe course provides an overview of biomass (trees and plants) used in forest industry applications internationally. The course also covers wood and fibre morphology, the chemical structure of biomass, and examples of various bio-based materials.

Introduction to Pro2Be Expert (1.5 ECTS credits) and work experience from the forest industry equivalent to two years of full-time work, or 90 ECTS credits completed in an Engineering programme, including a degree project worth 15 ECTS credits, and upper secondary level English 6 and Swedish 3, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
