Enterprise Systems II: Development Models

The course centres on the professional development of an enterprise through the acquisition and maintenance of enterprise systems in organisations. Important issues addressed are requirement specification in dialogue with customer/supplier, different implementation techniques for customer roll-out of enterprise systems in organisations and the supplier's handling of the enterprise system version. Present and future trends regarding the supplier's market for enterprise systems in Sweden and abroad are treated. Also treated is project leadership methodology with an emphasis on different generally applicable planning techniques. An overview is provided of project work in professional environments in which developing and implementing enterprise systems are frequent project types.
Progressive specialisation: G1F (has less than 60 credits in first‐cycle course/s as entry requirements)
Education level: Undergraduate level
Admission requirements: Information Systems 1-30 ECTS credits, or Business Administration 1-30 ECTS credits, or equivalent
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
