Intercultural Business Communication
15.0 ECTS creditsThe aim of the course is for students to develop the knowledge and understanding required to work efficiently in an intercultural and international working environment. This includes study of theoretical frameworks regarding the influence of culture on organisations, working life, and human interaction, the role of culture based on norms, values and ethics, and the work for increased diversity, equality, and sustainability in organisations and in society. The course also covers how cultural factors affect leadership, collaboration, and professional motivation, including practical examples of intercultural communication and forms of work.
