Intercultural studies: Nationalism and Swedishness
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course introduces the concept of nationalism with a special focus on how nationalism as an ideology has emerged and developed through history. There is an emphasis on Sweden and Swedish nationalism, and the course provides an intercultural perspective on the relationship between nationalism and Swedishness. During the course, students carry out their own case studies that are then presented in a final seminar.
