Agile Leadership

 7.5 ECTS credits
The course treats leadership from an agile perspective and comprises four areas of study:- Organisational agility- Leadership in agile environments- Psychological safety and teamwork- Decision-making and self-organisation

Progressive specialisation: G1F (has less than 60 credits in first‐cycle course/s as entry requirements)
Education level: Undergraduate level
Admission requirements: At least 15 ECTS credits completed in FEGA01 Business Administration I, 30 ECTS credits, or equivalent
Selection: Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
