Master Thesis in History
30.0 ECTS creditsStudents carry out an historical study presented in the form of Master thesis meeting the current degree requirements. The topic of the study and methodological approach are chosen by the students in consultation with a supervisor. The thesis is an independently produced project. Instruction is in the form of individual and/or group supervision and some joint seminars.

HIA610 Cultural Heritage and the Cultural Turn 7.5 ERCTS credits, HIA620 The Use of History 7.5 ECTS credits, HIA660 Cultural Politics in a Historical Perspective 7.5 ECTS credits, HIA670 Research Methods in Cultural History 7.5 ECTS credits, or equivalent.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
