- what a service is and how services can be understood,
- why manufacturing companies decide to offer services and how the choice between services can differ between different companies, points of time, or contexts, and
- how service offers can be designed and integrated in existing activities.
The course content is partly assembled and co-created by the students themselves as they apply theories, concepts, and models to their own experiences. The course requires independent study, continuous reading, and active reflective participation in the classroom.

90 ECTS credits completed in Business Administration, including at least 30 ECTS credits at the G2F level or higher, or at least two years of work experience in an area relevant to the course, plus upper secondary level English 6 or B, or equivalent
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
