English Literature After 1800
7.5 ECTS creditsThe module is structured as a historical overview of English fiction after 1800, with a focus on British and American literature. Students read selected works of fiction which are related to social and historical contexts through parallel study of literary, cultural, and political developments, especially in Great Britain and the US.

ENGA34 Introduction to English Literature (7.5 ECTS credits) or 30 ECTS credits in the main field of study English, or equivalent.
