Personnel Administration I

The course gives an introduction to the ideas, working methods and practices, and fields of operation which characterize personnel administration, with special emphasis on recruitment, psychosocial personnel work, and administration of particular organizations and operations.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
