Visitors from Roma Tre University
2014-01-23We welcome Gabriella Arcese Ph. D in Commodity Science, and Laura Di Pietro Ph. D student in Commodity Science and Quality Management, from Roma Tre University, who are visiting us for the coming three weeks to work with Professor Bo Edvardsson and Ph D Student Kotaiba Aal.
Laura Di Pietro is a Ph D student in Commodity Science and Quality Management at the Department of Business Studies. In May, Laura will defend her thesis on "Cultural Technological District and cultural visitors behaviour". Her Ph D studies focuses on Cultural Heritage Management, studying new methods to measure visitors satisfaction, attitude and behavior, the technological implementation for the provision of innovative services and new models for managing cultural sites, and she has participaited in different national project on cultural heritage services and public sector improvement. She is also member of NetMuse international Project, Italian Academy of Commodity Science and International Society of commodity Science and Technology.
Gabriella Arcese is a Ph D in Commodity Science, and Research Fellow at the Department of Business Studies. Her research interests are in Technology and Innovation management, Quality and Sustainability. She teaches Technology, Innovation and Sustainable Production at Roma Tre University, and gives seminars on Environmental Management Systems, Labeling, Innovations tools and strategy for natural resources management. Gabriella is involved in many research projects related technology diffusion and innovation management, in particulary for sustainability. She is member of the Italian Academy of Commodity Science and International Society of commodity Science and Technology, Italian Network of LCA.
