Visit from Imagination Lancaster University

On March 1 Daniela Sangiorgi, researcher from Imagination Lancaster University in England, is visiting CTF. She conducts research on service innovation, service design, and service design as a changing tool in both public and private organizations. Read more about Daniela Sangiorgi's research here.
During her visit she will meet with Katarina Wetter Edman, PhD in service design at CTF, and Bo Edvardsson, professor and director of CTF, and also with Stefan Holmlid, researchers at Linköping University. They are co-writing a conference paper for the scientific conference The Naples Forum on Service that will be held in June.
