Angela Caridà have a Ph D in Economic and Management of Healthcare.

Her main areas of interest are service innovation, interactive marketing and co-creation. In term of research she has worked with themes such as innovation in communication and distribution, and network innovation in small and medium agri-food enterprises.
In the last two years her research focus has been on the service innovation in healthcare. Her current research project is on the relation between web-based technologies and the value co-creation in the healthcare system.
Angela Caridà have articles published in italian and international journal. She has attended several national and international conferences, including the the AMA SERVSIG, the Naples Forum on Service and the Emac International Conference.
