2017-06-14At the Naples Forum on Service June 6-9 in Sorrento Italy, Professor Bo Edvardsson received the 2017 Evert Gummesson Outstanding Research Award.
Professor Bo Edvardsson received the 2017 Evert Gummesson Outstanding Research Award "for his long term contributions to and support of service research and education. His leadership of CTF, the Service Research Center at Karlstad University, Sweden, has been and will be a major and global driver of the field."
