A4CLOUD (EU FP7)
The project Accountability for Cloud and other Future Internet Services (A4Cloud) is an Integrating Project in the EU 7th Framework Program.
A4Cloud aims to develop mechanisms and tools to enable cloud service providers to give their users appropriate control and transparency over how their data is used.
A4Cloud is coordinated by HP Labs (UK). Further partners are the companies SAP and ATC (Greece), the Cloud Security Alliance, along with the universities FH Furtwangen, Karlstad University, Queen Mary University College London, Tilburg University, University of Stavanger, University of Malaga and three research institutes Armines, Eurecom and Sintef.
Karlstad University leads two work packages on “Principles for privacy-friendly and usable transparency and accountability” and “User-centric tools for accountability”.
This project is funded by EU FP7.
