Digital breakfast seminar on the theme of recovery at work.
Christophe Sousann, behavioural scientist at Clarahälsan, will give us information on recovery and mental health for 45 minutes. The aim is to provide knowledge, insights and tools to increase recovery at work and is the first step in the autumn recovery initiative. A working material will be available on Inslaget under the tab Employees & Managers, Work Environment and Health at Karlstad University for work groups to use for further discussions on recovery.
The information is given in Swedish and will also be broadcast on 19 October in English.
