Functional Power at Nordic Wellness
The workout where we start from the body’s seven basic movements - Walking, Squatting, Hip Hinge, Pulling, Lunges, Pressing, and Rotation. We mix classic basic strength exercises with innovative functional exercises to strengthen the whole body. We work in sync with the music and use a barbell, weight plates, resistance bands, and a step board. The equipment used can vary from class to class.

To book a place in the class: Use the Nordic Wellness app or website.
Log in with the following details:
- The username is the email address you provided at registration (when you picked up your NW card).
- The password is the first six digits of your personal number YYMMDD (can be changed after logging in).
If you need to cancel your place, do it in the same way, at least 4 hours before. Drop-in is also possible if there is space available.
