Dynamic mobility exercise at Nordic Wellness
Dynamic mobility training for the whole body that improves the flexibility of the muscles around your joints, which can be preventive, building, and also relaxing. You don’t need any prior knowledge or a certain type of mobility to participate as the level is adapted for everyone. The class focuses on the whole body but has a little extra focus on the hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders, which are the most common places the body is stiff. Equipment such as a cane and yoga blocks are used.

To book a place in the class: Use the Nordic Wellness app or website.
Log in with the following details:
- The username is the email address you provided at registration (when you picked up your NW card).
- The password is the first six digits of your personal number YYMMDD (can be changed after logging in).
If you need to cancel your place, do it in the same way, at least 4 hours before. Drop-in is also possible if there is space available.
