New journal list and fulltext link icon

  sfx@kau changes to
The icon for our link menu will change because we have a new vendor for the service. This icon is found in databases and the link menu will guide users to full text articles, or if that is not possivle, to interlibrary loan order forms or other information.

The change takes place gradually so during a limited period both new and old icons may be present.
 
The journal list, A-ö, will also change url and appearance from 20 December.
