Meet yourself in virtual reality
Researchers at Karlstad University are investigating whether the experience of meeting oneself in Virtual Reality (VR) can be used to improve psychological treatments in the future.
We are looking for people (over 20 years of age) with depressive symptoms who do not meet the criteria for any serious psychiatric diagnosis.
During the project, you will see a pre-recorded version of yourself in Virtual Reality (VR) and answer questions about how you experienced seeing yourself in VR, both through interviews, surveys, and in a computer program. Your participation takes place on two specific occasions. You will also be able to answer questions via online surveys before and after these occasions. In total, your participation will take about 4 hours.
