Workshop content
Wondering how to start networking? Worried about how to pitch your research ideas to peers and researchers? Then this is the workshop for you! Come and meet your fellow doctoral students and early career researchers at this interactive workshop. It will help you get the most from the upcoming conference and it will support you as you plan your research journey. Hosted by two scholars from different parts of the world, we will consider the burning issues that early career researchers and the field of gifted education face today. Topics we will explore include: from presentation to a published paper/article, communicating your research using social media, blogs, and more mainstream means of communication (e.g., websites, media), ethical issues and areas for further research development in gifted ed – looking to the future. Come and enjoy an afternoon dedicated to you, your research and the future!
