Research for cleaner air and a more climate-friendly industry
Air pollution causes millions of premature deaths each year, and industry is a major source of harmful emissions. In his research, Erik Matteusson develops new, efficient filters that reduce oil mist and explores how carbon dioxide can be captured directly from the air.
The research is conducted within the EXACT Graduate School at Karlstad University and is funded by the Knowledge Foundation (KK Foundation), with the aim of contributing to a cleaner and more climate-friendly industry.
