Save the date! CTF 30th Anniversary October 6th

This is the day when CTF, Service Research Center, invites everyone to a 30 year anniversary celebration. It will be a future-oriented all-day event with brief flashback from our 30 years of service research.
Researchers and experts from academia, industry and public administration will share their knowledge and experience in services, customer experiences and other current topics in service research. It is an opportunity to take part of CTFs and others experiences, make new contacts and get an insight into what is happening in service innovation now.
