Prof Bo Edvardsson is appointed as Visiting Professor of Service Management
2014-07-03Professor Bo Edvardsson has been awarded the title of Visiting Professor of Service Management in the Centre for Service Management (CSM) in the School of Business and Economics at Loughborough University, UK.
Professor Thorsten Gruber, Co-Director of CSM, commented on the appointment, saying: "It is great news that Professor Bo Edvardsson is joining CSM as a Visiting Professor. Bo has a fantastic research track record and is one of the leading authorities in the field. I am sure he will help us immensely with moving CSM forward". Professor Edvardsson will also join the advisory board of CSM.
CSM was established in 2013. Members of the Centre conduct multi- and inter-disciplinary research that matters to the private, public and third-sector service organisations; providing new knowledge to inform academics and educate managers through the exploration of theory and practice of service management.
