New Ph D Students
2014-12-09CTF expands, and during the last two months we have three new colleagues. Here is a short presentation of our new Ph D Students.
Johan Högberg, Ph D Student in Psychology, will conduct his research within the field of Transformative Service Research with Professor Per Kristensson as main supervisor. Johan has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Kristianstad University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University. His previous workplace was at the Swedish Consumer Agency where he was a Project Manager at the IT unit. Prior to that he worked several years as an IT consultant. Johan hopes that his IT background will be reflected in the research he will be conducting at CTF.
Marcus Olsson, Ph D Student in Business Administration, will conduct his studies in the field of Transformative Service Research. His main supervisor is Professor Anders Gustafsson. The studies will be linked to customer experience and how traditional stores evolve and become more experiential. Marcus has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing from Karlstad University. Previously he has worked as a Project Assistant at CTF where he assisted in experiments related to, among other things, customer experiences and service encounters.
Peter Samuelsson, Ph D Student in Business Administration, will conduct his studies in the field of Transformative Service Research with a focus on healthcare. His main supervisor is Profssor Lars Witell. Peter has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a specialization in Marketing from örebro University. Previous to coming to CTF he worked as a project leader at a marketing firm in örebro where he collected and analyzed material from the public sector. Peter has also worked as a production manager and with media platform development in Oslo, Norway.
