New Director

- I am really looking forward to becoming director of CTF, a recognized research environment with a good reputation and where the researchers themselves initiate and develop ideas together, says Henrietta Huzell.
The new role will be to focus the attention on what today both enable and limit the research and the researchers. The need for tactical consideration, networking- and alliance building and communication within and outside academia to obtain research resources and to publish research has never been stronger. This applies to both individual researchers as well as research groups. Being a director largely means that you actively support researchers in this work.
- A successful research environment cannot be steered or ordered. Thus, it is my belief that researchers themselves can produce good research and lead their own research when the conditions are well in place, says Henrietta Huzell.
