Margareta Friman in the External Advisory Board of Metpex

Metpex is a research project funded in the context of the 7th Framework Programme of the EU, aiming to develop and evaluate a standardised tool to measure passenger experience across whole journeys. Something that Margareta Friman and the researchers in Samot have studied for many years.
- I will together with the other members supervise the work within the research project, evaluate the quality of project results and advise on the continued development of their business. This will give Samot a valuable insight into the work of other research groups', and will expand our international network, says Margareta Friman, professor and director of Samot.
