- I´m visiting CTF today to develop two new research ideas. One with Bo Edvardsson and Lars Witell on Service Innovation: Are managers and academics on the same page. This is an initial study to explore if the demand and supply side of service innovation knowledge is working on the same issues. If not, we have a major problem.
The second idea is with Per Kristensson on consumer habits (forming and breaking) positioned against the customer satisfaction literature and the service innovation literature. Not much satisfaction research has included the importance of habits when explaining or predicting behavior. The second part is related to innovations where adoption is more often than not based on changing or breaking old habits and develop new.
Finally, I want to catch up with old friends at wonderful CTF embraced in the autumn sun.
