2015-11-04The highly ranked scientific journal Journal of Product Innovation Management, JPIM, presents a specially-compiled virtual issue on Co-Creation with Customers. Two of these are written by researchers at CTF, Service Research Center at Karlstad University.
- It is really nice that our article has made such a big impact, and that it has been re-published. In the article we describe how customers' and other actors' ideas and resourses make a difference in the development of new service innovations, says Professor Bo Edvardsson, CTF.
The article with the title “Co-creation in radical service innovation: a systematic analysis of microlevel processes”, which first was published in 2012, has now been published a second time in the special issue along with eight other selected articles previously published in the journal. These articles have made a major impact in the research community. The article “Harnessing the creative potential among users” by CTF researchers Per Kristensson and Anders Gustafsson along with Trevor Archer is also published in this special issue.
