Where can I see the programme

The programme is ready, you find it on the website in the Menu - Practical information - Programme
The programme is also available in the conference app. 

How do I get the conference app?

Kau Event app

For programs and information about activities during the conference days, please download our meeting app Kau Event.

Download the Kau app for Android on Google Play

If you prefer to use the app in your browser, that's also fine, you can reach it via kauevent.axacoair.se

Create password to create your app password.

Note; use the same e-mail address as you registered in your application for the conference. 

*The latest changes in the program or other organization matters, will be visible in the app. Please, use the symbol "arrow" up in the right corner to refresh the information to see these updates. 

Can I mix ECHA and igMCG sessions?

Yes you can, the conference is inclusive and you join the sessions you find most interesting for you.

How long time will I present

All presenters (corresponding author) and chairs got an email with information May 26. The information can be reached through the sub site - Information for presenting authors

Is there free Wi-Fi at the venue?

Yes there is, read more on information about the venue.

Cash or credit card?

Sweden is more or less cash-less. It is more common that you cannot pay with cash compared to paying with credit card. 

I can only come to the welcome mingle for a short time - how will I get back to the city?

Buses will be going from conference to the university, and then back to the city centre, on a rolling basis between 5pm and just after 7 pm. You are welcome to come and join us for just a short time or full the full time.

I can't remember if I enrolled in a social activity or not - how do I check?

The information will be noted in the conference app on "My page".

Social activities

I didn't register for a social event - is it too late?

I registered for a social event but now can't come.

Please let us know if you registered for an event and can't come because then we can make places available for anyone who forgot to register. 

If you didn't register and want to be on a waitlist let us know - we have a waitlist because we only ordered enough food for those who registered (sustainability is important in Sweden!).
