Student Health Outdoor Day

Take a break from your studies and join us on a short 5 km hike. We will light a bonfire and grill sausages (or other items) at lunch. No prior knowledge is required, but registration is essential via the link below. Fresh air and good company are guaranteed!

MEDITATION 

Peace and quiet are often in short supply. Here we are given the opportunity to calm our inner self with a speaking silence. We sit in silence for 20 minutes from 12:30-12:50 and you have plenty of time to return to your studies or work. It is possible to sit on meditation cushions or on chairs.
