Pilot-STEP
(2017–2021)
Inspired by the Stanford Teacher Education Program (STEP), the project aimed to tighten the connection between theory and practice in the Early Years Education Programme at Karlstad University in different ways. The project had two different parts, the main part focusing on preschool student-teachers’ professional development and an additional project focusing on how the students were received during their teaching placements. Project leader was Annica Löfdahl-Hultman.
