Mission 0 House
Mission 0 House is a place where scientists and engineers work with one single task – to eliminate anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions
Polestar, SSAB, Borgstena and SEKAB together with the Knowledge Foundation (KK-stiftelsen), have committed nearly SEK 100 million over five years. This enables a national collaboration between five higher education institutions: Karlstad University, the University of Borås, University West, Jönköping University and Mid Sweden University. All research is linked to Mission 0 House in Gothenburg.
Mission 0 House was launched as an initiative by Polestar in 2022 and is growing rapidly. In 2025, the project was awarded funding from the Knowledge Foundation, after which several companies joined—further expansion remains the goal.
