- Title: Red Blood Cell Transcriptome under Genetic and Environmental Stresses
- Host: Daniel Lin (docent i folkhälsovetenskap)
We are privileged to have Dr. Chi from Duke University (U.S.A.) as a guest speaker hosted by the Division of Public Health Sciences/Department of Health Sciences. Dr. Chi is a molecular geneticist with research interests in gene-environment interactions. He has published more than 85 peer-reviewed articles, some of which are published in prestigious journals such as Nature and Nature Medicine, etc. Dr. Chi will share his research findings on genomic functional changes in red blood cells (RBC) to illustrate mechanisms underlying gene-environment interactions. Here is the biosketch of Dr. Chi https://mgm.duke.edu/faculty-and-research/primary-faculty/jen-tsan-ashley-chi/.
