System Analysis and Design
7.5 ECTS creditsSystem analysis and system design cover different concepts, methodologies, models, techniques and tools for developing information systems. System analysis and design are firmly rooted in an organisational context. In addition to modeling skills, a system designer therefore needs a broad understanding of organisational and technical aspects of information systems.
The course has a focus on studies of system development principles, models and methods rather than on specific tools. The practical part of the course covers the most commonly used and known approaches in system analysis and design as well as on structured system analysis and object-oriented design.

60 ECTS credits completed in Information Systems, including the courses ISGB01 Database Design (7.5 ECTS credits) and ISGB03 Object Oriented Modelling (7.5 ECTS credits), or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
