Research interests: Market and marketing theory, institutional theory, innovation and service-dominant logic

In my dissertation I study innovation and market evolution by drawing on service-dominant logic, institutional theory and systems thinking.
My work has been published in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Journal of Strategic Marketing and Service Science.

I have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration from University of Oulu, Finland.
