In my dissertation I study innovation and market evolution by drawing on service-dominant logic, institutional theory and systems thinking.
My work has been published in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Journal of Strategic Marketing and Service Science.

Before joining Karlstad University, I worked 6 years at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland consulting a broad range of Finnish and international ICT companies in innovation and co-design activities.
I have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration from University of Oulu, Finland.
