I love finding similarities among phenomena and integrating them together. My research interests are broad including innovation and market transformation, institutional theory, systems thinking and service-dominant logic. My work has been published in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Journal of Strategic Marketing and Service Science.
