The course is a specialisation course in the project management area. Students acquire an overview of the different techniques available for the execution phase of projects. Students also develop deep undertanding of the various difficulties involved in the execution phase. Instruction is in the form of lectures, laboratory work and seminars. Students work in groups with work-related practical cases. Off-campus students must have broadband connection and Flash Player installation as well as relevant communication equipment including a web camera.
