Kaisa Koskela Huotari
In my dissertation I study innovation and market evolution by drawing on service-dominant logic, institutional theory and systems thinking. My work has been published in Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Journal of Strategic Marketing and Service Science.
