The seminar will approach the new service research landscape and give you new insights into service-dominant logic related research and associated concepts. More specifically, the seminar content will highlight the basics of service-dominant logic, especially clarifying central concepts that are sometimes not accurately represented in the literature. Complimentary and competing research streams will be linked and differentiated and recent and future initiatives, as well as potential, related research opportunities will be explored.
