Individuals and Teams in Projects

The course deals with theories and models regarding the behaviour of groups and individuals, incentives and development with a special focus on the workplace.
Students are expected to understand the dynamics of project groups, that is, temporary groups put together to create and deliver a certain result.
Instruction is in the form of lectures, laboratory work and seminars. There is an emphasis on group work combined with reflection and analysis assignments, including students observing and reflecting on their own group. Off-campus students must have broadband connection and Flash Player installation as well as relevant communication equipment including a web camera.
