Systematic Quality Assurance in Preschool
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course deals with the responsibility of the preschool director to systematically and continuously plan, evaluate and develop preschool quality. Theories of organisation and leadership in relation to preschool curricula, power structures and values are treated, as well as the relationship between the responsibility of the preschool teacher and the preschool team and the role of the preschool director in the distribution of duties.
Instruction is experience- and problem-based, which means that the participants are expected to work actively with problematised issues and their own experience in relation to different theories and models.

Employment as preschool director or deputy director
Selection:
