Independent project in Educational Leadership and School Development II
15 ECTS credits
The aim of the course is that students further deepen and widen their understanding of how to formulate, operationalise, analyse, assess and present problems in school activities in the light of theoretical perspectives. Under supervision, students plan, conduct and report a study related to school contexts in writing. Students also act as peer reviewers of fellow-students' works.

Admission requirements:
1. Completed Master programme in Educational Leadership and School Development, or equivalent, and
2. PAAUT5 School as a Learning Organisation 15 ECTS credits, PAAUT6 School Development in Theory and Practice 15 ECTS credits and PAAUM7 Research Methods II 15 ECTS credits, or equivalent.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
