The course includes 20 weeks of work placement at a business or an organisation relevant to the media and communication field of study. Students are responsible for finding and applying for a suitable placement. Examples of such are businesses or organisations in the media industry, but can also be a communication department at another type of company or organisation. The work placement should include various work tasks. Students submit a written report at the end of the placement period, during which they also carry out a field study.
Progressive specialisation: G2F (has at least 60 credits in first‐cycle course/s as entry requirements)

Admission requirements: 60 ECTS credits in Media and Communication Studies
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
